This weekend the most resilient of those students completed the challenge on Dartmoor, crossing the finish line at Okehampton Camp well before the 5pm cut off time.  They were able to complete the challenge & compete alongside students from very prestigious schools such as QEH & Millfield which demonstrates the calibre, quality & high regard that this event is held.  The students all demonstrated incredible determination and resilience to complete a really significant training schedule and the for the first time in 3 years all of the six students per team crossed the finish line with no drop outs.  All of the staff involved are really proud of them all.

This event is the hardest of its kind in the UK for students under the age of 16 and to complete it is an incredible achievement.  This achievement would not have been possible without the staff who have given up a lot of their own time to train the students, a big thank you to;

Mr Wills – Deputy Team Manager & Coach

Mr Eagon – Coach

Mr Christie – Camp Manager

Mr Harding – Instructor / Mentor

Mr Bateman – Instructor / Mentor

Mr Knight – Transport / Safety

& all of the other staff that have given up their time to support this event.
